Payments will be made in by Bank transfer. We require two forms of identification; one photo ID (driver’s license or passport) and one proof of address (dated in the last 3 months) for all transactions.
Please note all buybacks prices will be confirmed over the phone and finalized once we have received and test the items. Any indication prices are subject to change due to market fluctuations. If you are posting your metal, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery.
All precious metals presented for sale will authenticated by third party assayers.

1. Lock in price

2. Arrange Shipping
Make arrangements to ship your own Gold to SuisseVault. We recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery to get your goods to us in the safest manner possible.
3. Receive payment
Once we have received and authenticated your metal, we will make payment by bank transfer normally within 3 working days. You will need to provide one Photo ID and one recent Proof of Address, as well as your bank details to complete the sale.
Sell Gold Bars and Coins
We guarantee to buyback gold bullion bars and coins at a 2% discount to the underlying spot price, as at the time of transaction, assuming they are in mint condition and remain in their protective seals.
We accept gold bars from LBMA (London Bullion Market Association) accredited refiners and trusted suppliers, including but not limited to: Pamp Suisse, Credit Suisse, Umicore, Metalor, Valcambi, Heraeus, Argor Heraeus, Degussa, C. Hafner, The Royal Mint, United States Mint, The Perth Mint, Rand Refinery, Scottsdale and more.
In terms of gold coins, we buyback UK gold coins (Britannia’s, Sovereigns, The Queen’s Beasts) from around 98% of the spot price, and internationally renowned gold coins (Krügerrand’s, American Eagle’s, Canadian Maple Leaf’s) from around 97% of the spot price.
